This spring and summer, we invite guests to dive into something a little magical. Our latest immersive theme, Under the Sea, transforms the restaurant into a playful underwater fantasy inspired by the late Professor Giovanni’s love for the sea and the joy he found in its beauty, wonder, and adventure.

For 25 years, creating unexpected moments has been part of the Amore experience. With Under the Sea, the dining room takes on a vintage, nostalgic spirit filled with charming, slightly kitschy coastal touches that feel like a throwback to classic seaside escapes. Overhead, glowing lanterns in shades of blue and turquoise float among whimsical jellyfish, while playful sharks and ocean-inspired details pop up throughout the space. Turquoise, Giovanni’s favorite color, sets the tone, washing the room in vibrant ocean hues that capture the carefree feeling of summer by the water.

Alongside the immersive décor, guests can enjoy our beloved Italian cuisine along with playful themed cocktails, refreshing non-alcoholic creations, and seasonal surprises woven throughout the experience. It’s all part of the joyful spirit that has defined Amore for more than two decades.

For Mama Gale, the theme carries a deeper meaning.

“Giovanni always loved the sea. There was something about it that made him feel joyful and free, and that sense of wonder is something we’ve always tried to bring into the restaurant. For 25 years, our goal has been to create a place where people can escape, celebrate, and make memories together. This season is a tribute to that spirit.”
